Initial Conversation

Every inquiry starts with a brief phone call to understand your needs and goals.

In-Home Consultation

After our conversation, we'll schedule a visit to your home. This allows us to assess your space, discuss your "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves," and answer any questions you may have.

Estimate Preparation

Within a week of our in-home meeting, we'll provide a detailed estimate outlining the project scope and budget.

Revisions & Adjustments

If you have questions or wish to adjust the project scope after receiving the estimate, we will revise it to ensure the project aligns with your vision and budget.

Contract & Planning

Once the estimate is approved, we draft a contract within a few days. At the contract signing, we'll discuss the construction timeline, address any special requests, and answer any remaining questions.

Construction Phase

Final Walkthrough & Punch List

Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to address any final details or concerns. We call this the "punch list," which we complete promptly.

After the punch list is finished, we conclude by addressing any final questions and send a brief survey along with links for you to review our work.
